Zhang Li, Director of E-commerce Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce, pointed out that the positive effect of "Silk Road E-commerce" on the construction of "One Belt and One Road" is reflected in several aspects, including the promotion of "One Belt and One Road" countries along the "Belt and Road", driving the development of logistics, payment, digital, information and other multi-industry innovation in countries along the "Belt and Road", and promoting the "Belt and Road" trade network, digitalization and facilitation.
