On December 12, "Digital Empowerment Intelligent Manufacturing" - Fujian Province Machinery and Equipment Digital Transformation Development Forum was held in Longyan City, Fujian Province. The forum was hosted by Fujian CCPIT and Longyan Municipal People's Government, and organized by the United Front Work Department of Longyan Municipal Committee, Longyan Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Longyan CCPIT. Li Dawu said that Longyan is located at the junction of Fujian, Guangdong and Gan provinces, and is the main place to undertake the "spillover effect" of digital information manufacturing enterprises in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Bay Area. We will further promote digital industrialization and industrial digitization, pragmatically promote transformation and upgrading, and contribute to the development of a new highland of digital economy.

At the forum, Lan Fuyan, Director of Longyan City Industry and Information Technology Bureau, released a compilation of typical cases of industrial internet application enterprises (machinery and equipment industry) in Longyan City. It includes a total of 16 digital application cases in 4 categories that are included in the national, provincial and municipal industrial internet application benchmarks and pilot demonstrations. These cases have more mature practical application scenarios, achieve better practical results, a reasonable input-output ratio, the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry has a good reference, replication and promotion value.

During the same period, a total of 13 enterprises signed eight enterprise digital transformation application projects. The signed projects involved 5G integration applications, intelligent manufacturing, safety production management, enterprise resource planning and many other fields, with a total investment of 10 million RMB.

At the forum, experts and scholars from various fields gave brilliant theoretical speeches and entrepreneurs shared their unique experiences, providing digital transformation guidelines for Fujian Province's machinery and equipment manufacturing enterprises and building a bridge of interconnection and communication. Dr. He Xu, head of the Fujian branch of the China Industrial Internet Research Institute, gave a keynote speech on "Promoting the development of industrial Internet and helping the digital transformation of manufacturing industry".
