At the same time, enterprises are allowed to determine the processing site after the food enters the country, which solves the problem of determining the designated processing plant in advance when applying for quarantine permit. This measure will more effectively meet the needs of enterprises for trade and industrial development, further reduce the cost of customs clearance, and promote the import of Russian grain in our province.The low-risk Chinese herbal medicines imported from Russia are allowed to enter China through heihe and dongning ports and be processed in relevant free trade pilot zones. The permitted imported varieties include mistletoe, fangfeng, white fresh skin, astragalus, radix platycodonis, schisandra, atractylodes, seaweed, rhodiola rosea and red peony root. This innovative measure will bring new opportunities for the development of longjiang related pharmaceutical industry.According to the Harbin customs, these two innovative measures are of high value.
