By August 2020, the total clearance time for imports and exports in the customs zone will reach 9.65 hours and 1.69 hours respectively.In the first eight months of this year, tax burden reduction policies such as tax deferral and reduction or exemption of late fees were implemented in the customs. A total of 2.24 billion yuan of tax deferral was deferred for 205 enterprises, 26 million yuan of rent declaration and tax payment for air transport enterprises was suspended, and late fees were reduced or exempted for 53.395 million yuan.On August 18, the first China-Europe Bay Express train set off from Pinghu South Railway Station in Shenzhen for Duisburg, Germany. Currently, the train has been in regular operation, carrying 710 tons of goods worth about RMB 44.5 million yuan to Europe.In combination with the implementation of cross-border E-COMMERCE B2B export business, Shenzhen Customs has implemented the "Cultivation of new Forms of business", optimized the regional layout of cross-border e-commerce in the customs area, supported the operation of full forms of business, and fully led the development of cross-border e-commerce business in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. From January to August 2020, 430 million pieces of cross-border e-commerce retail goods worth 23 billion yuan were inspected and released in the customs zone.
