In addition, China is a big consumer of potash fertilizer and highly dependent on foreign countries. On February 24, China's General Administration of Customs announced that according to the supplementary provisions of the Protocol on Plant quarantine requirements of Russian Wheat exported to China, wheat imports from Russia will be allowed to expand further in the future."
